Order Processing

  • Note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
  • Order fulfillment typically takes 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday). Once shipped, delivery is handled by USPS/DHL according to your chosen shipping method.

Shipping Information

  • Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. We'll try to accommodate, but processing starts promptly and changes may not be possible once packaging begins.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, contact us at hello@handydandyclues.com. Reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.

International Orders

  • Customers are liable for any customs fees and import taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

Our Policies

  • At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Order modifications, including cancellations and address changes, are only possible within 24 hours of purchase, subject to processing status.
  • We cannot merge separate orders.
  • Please contact us about any order issues within 60 days. We cannot assist with matters beyond this timeframe.

Purchase Limits

  • As of May 2024, we limit purchases to 10 notebooks per customer. Orders exceeding this limit will be cancelled and refunded.
